The design of laboratory pure water preparation for ULPHW is mainly aimed at optimizing the new process and sterile modification of FRO membrane, ion exchange resin, and UV digestion instrument, which play a key role in the water treatment process, to provide users with the ability to produce ultrapure water based on low TOC requirements;
2. The equipment uses purified water that meets the hygiene standards of GB17324 for drinking pure water or the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as raw water. After undergoing refined water treatment processes such as pre purification, sterilization, photolysis of organic matter, ultra purification, and nanofiltration, it produces ultra pure water that meets the requirements for laboratory water use in biological science research and physical and chemical analysis;

3. Equipped with online monitoring of raw water quality, water shortage, and water intake flow rate;
4. Equipped with a touch based human-machine interface, with fast quantitative, manual quantitative, and manual automatic water intake methods;
When the device is in continuous standby mode, the control system will automatically lubricate and wash the water treatment channel (the interval time can be set from 1 hour to 5 hours);
6. The set time range for the internal circulation of ultrapure water intake (0-2000s) ensures the quality of the intake water;
7. Historical data query function: previous water intake time, water intake amount, water intake quality, and cumulative total water intake amount;
8. Equipped with a 30L dedicated PE material external raw water tank as standard, the control system has an automatic shutdown protection function for raw water shortage.

9. Remarks:
(1). The ultra pure water mechanism water volume refers to the rated water volume of the RO membrane at a water temperature of 25 ℃. For every 1 ℃ decrease in water temperature, the RO membrane decreases by about 3%. When the water temperature drops below 5 ℃, the RO membrane will stop producing water. When ordering this product, users must consider the factor of winter water temperature drop in the region;(2). Due to the different purification water production processes in various regions, there are differences in the quality of purified water used by different users. It is recommended that customers choose the UPR+ULPHW combination model scheme, and use tap water that meets the requirements of drinking water hygiene standards as the raw water. The purified water produced by the UPR model is used as the raw water for the ULPHW model to ensure the service life of ULPHW consumables and the stability of the effluent quality;
(3). Pure water tank configuration: The model comes standard with a 30 liter PE pure water tank;
